Health iAge is provided by AI Negotiator Technology Limited, established in China. With the read permissions you choose, Apple Health information is processed on your iPhone to calculate Health Age, body function, trends and factor contributions. Health iAge does not write to Apple Health, requires no account and has no developer-operated health-data backend. Health samples and calculated results are not uploaded to our notification service or Firebase telemetry. Limited, old or unavailable data can prevent an estimate; denied read access cannot reliably be distinguished from missing samples.
Local storage and deletion
Local retention is approximately 180 days for retained source samples, 35 days for intraday aggregates and up to five years for daily or weekly aggregates. Report history is limited to 840 hourly, 1,830 daily and 265 weekly points, and weekly factor history to 53 points. Optional sleep estimation keeps reduced sensor evidence for 72 hours and inferred sessions for approximately 180 days. Raw accelerometer readings and raw heart-rate samples are not retained in the persistent cache. Local health files use iOS Data Protection and are excluded from device backups. Deleting local health data clears the app's cache and history and returns it to onboarding; it does not delete Apple Health source data, revoke permissions or cancel subscriptions.
Apple Watch and sharing
Apple Watch receives a minimal derived snapshot through Apple's paired-device connectivity, not raw Health samples, date of birth, biological sex or detailed sleep, heart-rate or HRV values. Open and refresh Health iAge on iPhone, then open the Watch app; check or restore the subscription if required. Complications can be seen by anyone who can see your watch face. Optional sleep estimation uses reduced sensor summaries that remain on your devices. Sharing begins only when you choose a destination in Apple's share sheet; the recipient's privacy terms then apply.
Optional analytics
Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring process pseudonymous identifiers, coarse country, device/app/network information, allow-listed interactions, crash stacks and performance measurements. In the EEA and UK, Firebase starts only after consent; known other storefronts default to enabled, while an unknown storefront stays disabled until consent. You can change Share Analytics in Settings. Health samples/results, birth date, biological sex, health factors, transaction IDs, receipts, prices, shared content and free-form text are excluded. IDFA, IDFV, advertising personalization and cross-app tracking are disabled. Analytics event retention is 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days, and Performance 30 days for IP-associated and 60 days for installation-associated/de-identified events; Firebase identifier deletion may take up to 180 days. Turning collection off stops future collection, resets local Analytics and deletes unsent crash reports; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.
Optional offers and notifications
Offers and price-drop notifications require a separate opt-in, independent of Health access, analytics and system notification permission. Delivery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. The notification registry stores an opaque installation ID, credential hash, encrypted messaging token, consent version/time, permission status, language, time zone and limited subscription state. No health data, demographics, receipts or transaction IDs are used. Active subscribers are excluded from acquisition offers. Turning offers off disables registration and requests token deletion; an offline cancellation is retried, and messages already accepted may still arrive. Devices inactive for 30 days are excluded; maintenance deletes registration and delivery records without updates after 90 days.
Subscriptions and billing
Health iAge+ offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Apple shows the controlling localized price, period and eligible offers before confirmation. A seven-day introductory trial is available only when Apple confirms eligibility; installation, onboarding or Health access does not start it. A subscription starts only after confirmation in Apple's purchase flow and renews unless cancelled through Apple. In Settings → Subscription, use Restore Purchases or Manage Subscription with the purchasing Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refunds at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel a subscription or erase Apple's transaction records.
Contact and privacy rights
Privacy requests go to privacy@healthage.cloud; support goes to service@healthage.cloud. We process the contact details and messages you provide to respond, protect the service, meet legal obligations and handle legal claims, relying on contract, legitimate interests, legal duties or consent as applicable. Messages are retained only as reasonably necessary; contracted email, hosting, security or professional providers may assist and may not use them for advertising. Google and our providers may process telemetry or messages internationally under applicable transfer safeguards. Subject to local law and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request and may be unable to identify earlier pseudonymous telemetry. Device-local health data is controlled on your device. No storage method is completely secure.
Eligibility and wellness limits
Adult Health Age supports ages 18–79. Ages 14–17 receive limited youth guidance without an adult Health Age, age difference, trend ratio or younger/older result; other unsupported or unknown ages receive no adult estimate. The app is not intended for children under 14; obtain parental authorization where local law requires it. Outputs are provisional wellness estimates, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease detection, biological/cellular age or lifespan predictions. The method has not been externally calibrated to a population and does not rank users. Functional Age excludes birth date and calendar age from its calculation; insufficient evidence can leave a gap. Never delay medical care or use results for emergencies. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
